Short version: we only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and put on a great show. Here is exactly what that means.

What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, organisation, preferred event date, location and your message. If you email us directly, we hold whatever you choose to include in that email.

Email communication

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, discuss availability, and confirm performance arrangements. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Event updates

If you ask to hear about upcoming SayLess shows, we will only use your email address to send occasional performance announcements. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will remove you straight away.

Analytics

We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.

How long we keep it

Booking enquiries are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour bookings and keep our records straight. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Keeping it secure

Enquiries submitted through this website are stored securely and can only be read by SayLess management. They are never published on the site.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@saylessgirls.com and we will take care of it.
